- How do I join?
Simply click Join and input your details. It will take a few seconds and then you can browse and book from products across the site.
- If I make a booking but want to cancel, can I?
You can cancel any booking up to 7 days before the event. If less than 7 days before the event you will not receive a refund as we want to protect the time of our musicians on site and ensure they do not receive bookings that might not go ahead! If you have any questions on cancellations or refunds, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
- What is the 4% Service Fee and 1% Contribution to the Talent Fund?
We charge a 4% Service Fee to cover administrative and payment costs. All transactions through the site have a 1% charge to the Music Stories Talent Fund, a fund distributed via awards at the end of each year. Find out more by signing up to our e-newsletter.
- What does the teacher receive from my payment?
At Music Stories we want to remain competitive and give as much as possible to the music teacher, whilst also covering our costs. The teacher therefore receives 85% of the advertised price of each lesson or performance.
- What if I have a complaint or issue with the lesson or performance that I have booked?
